May cause skin and eye irritation on prolonged contact; [Merck Index] "Although marked adverse effects may follow injection of EBDC compounds into animals, systemic toxicity by oral and dermal routes is generally low." [EPA Pesticides, p. 144] Several of the dialkyldithiocarbamates are known skin sensitizers; See "Carba mix."
